Capturing Interest for Unscheduled Learnings

TransferAllianz wanted to showcase learning offers that are not yet scheduled, while still capturing demand from interested users.

Since standard event formats require fixed dates, they implemented a custom setup using modules and forms to present these offers and collect user interest.

More details

Step 1: Create a Custom Module for Learnings

A dedicated module was created to display learning offers without fixed dates.

Each entry includes key information such as topic, description, and target group.

Step 2: Add an Interest Form

Instead of a registration button, each learning entry includes a form where users can submit their interest.

This allows the team to collect demand before scheduling the session.

Step 3: Connect Form Submissions to the Database

Submitted forms are stored and linked to the respective learning offer, enabling easy tracking of interested users.

Step 4: Validate Demand Before Scheduling

Based on the number of submissions, the team can decide when and which learnings should be scheduled as actual events.

Step 5: Follow Up with Interested Users

Once a learning is scheduled, interested users can be contacted directly and invited to the event.
